DAILYMAG is a world-leader in the supply of OEM and ODM industrial magnets, magnetic hardware and tools, magnet-enhanced linear actuators and sharps containers. We're the number one choice in clients' minds for numerous good reasons: comprehensive offerings, great R&D, responsiveness without equal, no MOQ, strict processes whether on the factory floor or in QC ^ the list goes on and on. We don't ask others to trust us, we earn their trust through hard work and a keen focus on the needs of all stakeholders - clients, end-users, sub-suppliers, and our own staff included. Those features have led us to be the highest volume source of magnetic tools in China, and one of the largest sources of permanent magnets as well.

DAILYMAG is headed by Charles Yao, a dynamic, driven engineer and entrepreneur with a passion for both manufacturing and trade business. Charles leads an organization that spans several subsidiary production facilities, several more in tight cooperation, and extensive in-house design, development, QC/QA, and sales-service teams. That team includes, among other leaders, several each with a technical background and long industry experience: Sales Managers Apollo Peng, Rachel Pan, and Joes Zhu, Head of R&D Wang Li, and QC/QA Department Director Carly Cao. They and all our fine staff members follow our "SQDP" methodology, which essentially means "give the customer SOLUTIONS to their problems, with excellent QUALITY, DELIVERED as promised, and at cost-effective and mutually profitable PRICES."

Making SQDP work and work well though, requires several additional features which are notable about DAILYMAG. First among those is a strong company culture emphasizing continuous improvement inside and out, whether it be a team, an individual, a process or procedure, or the work of a sub-supplier. It also necessitates a great commitment with respect to facilities, equipment, and capability of staff, which is evidenced by our liberal budgets for equipment, R&D, QC/QA, and - very importantly - staff training. In fact, while "competitors" say that their employees are their "greatest resource," at DAILYMAG it is actually true.

DAILYMAG likewise differentiates itself from the competition on many other counts as well, such as service and responsiveness. Is your current supplier in Asia available to talk on the phone on specified during regular business hours in your country?
